Metrics
What Workout Trackr measures
You record the details of each session. Workout Trackr turns those inputs into consistent measurements you can compare over time.
Weightlifting
Record each set and separate demanding work from the rest of the session.
You record
- Repetitionsreps
- The number of repetitions completed in each set.
- Weightkg
- The load used for each set.
- Hard set status
- Mark a set as hard when it should contribute to working volume and average working load.
Workout Trackr calculates
- Set volumekg
- The amount of weight moved in one set.
- Total volumekg
- The combined volume of every set in the session.
- Working volumekg
- The combined volume of sets marked as hard.
- Average working load per repkg
- The repetition-weighted average load of hard sets. For one hard set, this equals its recorded weight. Sessions without hard sets have no value.
- Junk volumekg
- The combined volume of sets not marked as hard.

Record timed distance sessions and compare how efficiently you cover ground.
You record
- Durationh · min · sec
- The hours, minutes, and seconds spent on the activity.
- Distancekm
- The distance completed during the session.
Workout Trackr calculates
- Pacemin/km
- The average time needed to complete one kilometre.
- Speedkm/h
- The average distance covered in one hour.

Record a uniform work-and-recovery protocol and review programmed workload without treating it as a universal performance score.
You record
- Roundsrounds
- The number of repeated work intervals in the session.
- Work per roundmin · sec
- The programmed work duration for every round.
- Recovery per roundmin · sec
- The programmed recovery duration between rounds.
- Final recoveryincluded · excluded
- Choose whether the session includes recovery after the final work round.
Workout Trackr calculates
- Total workmin · sec
- The combined programmed work across every round.
- Total recoverymin · sec
- The combined programmed recovery. Excluding final recovery uses one fewer recovery period than the round count.
- Block durationmin · sec
- The complete programmed interval block, excluding untracked warm-up and cooldown time.
- Work:rest ratioratio
- The reduced relationship between work and recovery in one round. A higher value describes the protocol, not better performance.

Every session is dated, kept in your history, and available for comparison with earlier work.
- Session historyReview the measurements recorded for every workout.
- Progress chartsFollow volume, distance, pace, speed, and interval workload across sessions.
